2012 and Beyond: Building a New Paradigm

As to the changes that are coming, as in the fulfilling of time and space (which has been referred to), these will, as indicated, depend upon what individuals and groups do about that they know respecting His will, His purpose with man.” [Edgar Cayce Reading 1602-6]

On April 11 and May 16, 2010, Jodie Senkyrik will be presenting a 2-part workshop series sponsored by the Southwest Region of the Association for Research and Enlightenment, and held at the Red Corral Ranch B & B outside Wimberley, Texas.

We have many expectations and much wonder about what 2012 will bring, and as to what effects we will experience from the influence of this planetary  time. Yet, the consciousness shift associated with this historical time doesn’t so much happen to us, as it does from us and through us.  In this series, we will exam our spiritual, mental and physical evolution, as well as our role in bringing these forth. We will also examine the paradox of realizing that we cannot evolve ourselves, bringing the question “then how do we do it?”

Part 1- April 11,  2010, 1pm – 5:30pm. Einstein said that we cannot solve our problems at the level they were created.  In the same way, we cannot build a new paradigm from our own understanding.  We cannot evolve ourselves.  We grow, build and evolve through that which is new that comes into our awareness and consciousness.   The beginning of our evolution of our understanding of the Spiritual aspect of ourselves is the development of an ongoing relationship to the spiritual aspect of ourselves.  It is the recognition that the world we live in now is two worlds – a physical world where we find our body existing, and a spiritual world that we are growing to believe in and touch, and  discovering coexists together “alongside” the physical, though only recognized through spiritual means.

Part 2 – May 16, 2010, 1pm-5:30pm. In this session, we will explore our mental and physical paradigms, looking for ways to expand our own understanding of what we already “think we know.”  We will explore the role of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chakras, with their relationship to the mind and body.  We will address our current paradigms regarding the physical body and physical world.

We’ll also expand on the importance of what Edgar Cayce calls, “the imaginative forces” and the impact  imagination has on our own transformative evolution.  We will discuss the beliefs regarding the statement, “If we can think it, we can do it.”
**************
Whether working with spiritual, mental or physical paradigms, building new paradigms never destroys the previous paradigms, but expands beyond it when the parameters – the mind – is open and permeable, with the previous paradigm serving only as a beginning for our ever  growing understanding.

Jodie Senkyrik has been a regular presenter for the A.R.E. Southwest Region, since returning in 2001 from California.  His first A.R.E. presentation was just one month after Sept. 11, 2001 with “The Karmic Connection to the 9-11 Attack” outlining the karmic connection of souls’ involvement with this event – on both sides – with the soul and national connections leading back to Atlantis, Rome, the ancient Middle East and more.  He speaks on such subjects as Psychic Ability in Human Beings, Cleaning up Fear, A Psychic View of Love and Death, the Atlantean Hall of Records, the Evolution of the Soul, and more.   Many of his presentations are available for free from the Download Page of this blog.

Politics

It is a real challenge sometimes when, as a psychic, I see patterns and occurrences psychically, that deal with our everyday life.  They aren’t connected to spiritual issues, but rather to aspects of living in this world.  I’ve mentioned some of these in the past.

For example, 1. seeing pharmaceutical companies strengthening their control over the A.M.A. more so even than now.  By the middle of the next decade, they will have 60-70% control of the AMA as a whole with only a small percentage of doctors on the AMA board even trying to be objective.  What the pharmaceutical industry wants to happen will happen.  By the end of the next decade some will oppose this in principal, but it will be this way for several decades to come.  The American Medical Association will become an arm of the pharmaceutical industry – bought, paid for, and fully in control.

But, while I see this psychically, how do I present this without being looked at as having a political agenda of my own.  Perhaps I won’t escape this label.

Another example: The political war going on in Washington is going to actually get even worse than it is now.  There is a power battle going on within each sides political ideals.  And the “collateral damage” will be the lack of any real change happening on the policy level.  It doesn’t matter which party is in office or which party appears to be in control – the spiritual ideal of cooperation is seen few and far between.  And the unfortunate part is that the banners of this internal war is taken up by the citizens because what is held to is the idea that “if our side wins, we’ll get what we want and everything will get better.”

When I see this psychically, I “see” that many people actually want war, in whatever form it can be attained.  Those who seek to war as their way of living will actually get what they want.  There is no shortage of ways a person can war against another person or group.  If we see anyone as an “enemy” from any perspective, then we choose war as our next step.

While I get discouraged, it helps me to go back to the Bible’s first revelation – that God created souls for companionship.  It helps me to remember that our Infinite God has infinite patience with us to try to evolve into being better human beings.  Our Infinite God has infinite understanding of why we seek what we do – coming many times from our limited beliefs about our self and our world.  Our Infinite God has infinite support for us learning better ways of living in this Earth – whether we choose to learn willingly from the opportunities given to open minds or choose to learn the hard way from the end results of closed minds.

It helps me to remember that all that happens in the world, in our community, in our nation, in our own individual life, are events in which God is willing to walk with us, from the inside out, to help us learn more about our relationship with Him, and in its turn, each other and ourselves.  It helps me to remember that when I practice patience with others, God becomes alive inside me.  When I practice understanding or mercy or forgiveness, God is the one inside me, that is manifesting in the moment in the Earth.  When I practice kindness, compassion, and cooperation in the face of opposition to all these qualities, God is helping change me and in turn, change the situation that is happening in front of me.  In the moments that I apply what I’ve learned to bring forth the fruits of the spirit, God is demonstrating His Love in a practical, useful and change-facilitating way.

Finally, during the times I am most discouraged, I try to remember two more things.  First, our Infinite God is completely and infinitely consciously aware of all levels of the suffering we experience and see happening.  He will not leave us nor forsake us, but is with us even to the end of “the world”.  I try to remember to be patient with God, because it reminds me that God does have something better in mind for humanity and the Earth, and is more active in this “something better” for humanity than I can fathom.

If we’re going to be companions to our Infinite Loving God, we’d better start acting like companions to our Infinite Loving God.  I think applying what we learn could be how we can do that.

“Imagine a world where everyone went around forgiving everyone else.  What do you imagine this world would be like?”

Judas Chosen

I write this not to condemn Judas, but also not to raise him to a level that would ignore the issues being dealt with.

There are many that are writing that Judas was chosen to fulfill the role of Jesus’ betrayer.  It depends on a certain perspective as to whether it is true and what this then means.  There is much coming forth that portrays Judas as having acted from divine will, without choice, or with a noble purpose in mind.  In my writings, I write of what I “see” psychically, and although there are many perspectives, I am not seeing some of what others report.

I see several points to consider when first examining the role of Judas.

Freewill:

First of all, Judas at no time had his freewill taken away from him.   This cannot be ignored.  God does not take away freewill from anyone, for any reason, at any time.    In addition, the shortcomings that led Judas to act in the way which led to his betraying Christ were real and available to be changed, healed and transformed – even to the point of not acting in the way he did in an alternate path.

Judas’ difference from the other Apostles, and that which leads many to say Judas was special, was that the other Apostles’ shortcomings and faults were not available to bring about Jesus’ death.   Every Apostle had an issue to deal with – Judas’ was arrogance, Peter’s was anger, and each in their own right, was representative of a struggle within the human consciousness in facing a particular issue of life.

No other Apostle was to face the impact of their challenge/issue with the same potential outcome.  Judas did indeed have one of the more important issues to address within himself – an issue everyone must eventually face.  This can be considered part of the message of examining Judas’ life, though.

If we take a look at arrogance, we can see that it is the perspective and belief that we are better than the other – even when the other is God.  It is a holding of a perspective that our ideas, thoughts, feelings, directives are better even than God’s.  It includes the consciousness “Our own will, not thine be done, Lord.”  It is when we place ourselves first, and God and all others second.  This attitude and consciousness does contribute to separation from God, over oneness with God.  And if we were to perceive the life of Judas and Jesus metaphorically, as two different aspects of ourselves, we can see how arrogance – believing we know better what path is to be taken than God – has an effect even within our own self.

****

The role of Judas was to deal with the arrogance within his own consciousness.  This quality of consciousness for him as well as for all of us, must be dealt with, faced directly, or it will bring forth problems and throw us off our path.  The role of the soul of Judas is even now to deal with arrogance within his own consciousness.  Arrogance is what led him to act as he did, and becoming aware of his arrogance is what led him to then commit suicide.

Dealing with arrogance is something we all have to face – sooner or later.  All of us will eventually take on the role of Judas in our own life for our self.  Arrogance is when we place our self above others and even above God – when thinking we are the source of the good that comes from within us.  How we face this issue each and every time that it comes up, determines how we relate to the Christ Spirit within – putting the Christ Spirit within onto the throne or putting the Christ Spirit within onto the cross.

****

Had Judas been willing and able to resolve his arrogance issue in that life, he would not have been instrumental in Jesus’ death.  Jesus’ death was still to happen, but it would have been through another avenue.  Judas would not have lived long after that.  He would have been one of the first ones quickly to be killed by the Romans since he was a recognized Zealot.  In this alternate timeline, he would have been happy in his death.

****

From a direct spiritual perspective:

From the spiritual perspective, there is no judgment of any of us, including Judas, Hitler, bin Laden, and anyone else who we here on earth consider to have acted with evil intent or done evil.  This is appropriate and binding because from our spiritual perspective, when we are unencumbered by earthly perspectives, we can see far more of the great and big picture of how God can take our shortcomings, our mistakes, and even death itself, and turn them into life, can take ashes and turn it into the Phoenix, can take betrayal and turn it into the single most life-giving act to have happened for humankind – Christ’s death upon the Cross – and all that this death on the Cross brings forth (even though we don’t fully understand all that it brings forth.)  It demonstrates that with God, all things are possible – even bringing life from death.

From those on the other side, sending information through avenues to the physical world, Judas’ actions can be seen in the light of his participation with the roll of the Cross.  His act of “betrayal” becomes extremely unimportant and minutely insignificant compared to what Christ’s death on the Cross brings us.   So, it is appropriate even that their message is one of acknowledgment of Judas in the light of how significant Jesus’ death on the Cross is for the entire spiritual evolutionary path of all humankind.

For lack of a better metaphor, it is like seeing a splinter bring about the creation of a whole universe.  The bad of the one is so extremely overshadowed by the good of the other.  Judas is recognized more for what God did with his actions, than what mankind thinks of his actions.  It is the same with the story of Joseph and his brothers selling him into Egypt.  Joseph later sees that what they meant for evil, God meant for good.  This doesn’t mean they were meant to do what they did, but rather it shows the ability of God and what He can do with any evil, destructive or negative situation.

We must also take into account that the acts which wholly encompassed the betrayal by Judas, is wholly and completely forgivable.  Even Judas knows this.   As we meet ourselves and that which we do, we are to find that place within ourselves to forgive and be forgiven.  It is easy when God is part of the act.  We are to forgive Judas for his actions.  This is for all humans/souls to do.   Placing his acts in a better light or better perspective can help this forgiveness to take place.

There was no stopping Christ’s death on the cross.  Jesus knew his fate when He was the person of Enoch.  It is for this that He came.  His final act was to show us where we all will go as the spiritual beings that we actually are – to leave this Earth plane.  How can we as spiritual beings leave this Earth plane if we as spiritual beings don’t leave this Earth plane?

But where to?  to that place from which we originated – the realm of Spirit – with each life form eventually recognizing that we are spirit beings embodying physical forms, and not physical beings.  Since we souls are all foreigners on this planet, it is for us to eventually remember this and return from whence we came – and I’m not talking about other physical planes or planets.  I’m talking about the realm of awareness of spiritual identity.

Finally, it is this spiritual perspective that it would be good for us to grow towards, but also including a balanced understanding of all aspects of events.  We don’t have to give up understanding in this world in order to gain being non-judgmental developing the spiritual world’s perspective at the same time.

Commercial or Spiritual?

There’s some criticism that occurs around this time of year. Some think that the season has gotten commercial, commercial, and more commercial. A person can definitely perceive it as such. And many want to, thinking that criticizing the purchasing will heighten the spiritual message.

This never works, though, does it. Regardless of the disgruntled, the season of giving continues. Still, it is the Spirit of Worship that leads some to feel commercialism isn’t what the season is about. And in a sense, selling things isn’t what the season is about.

But, the Spirit of Giving is what the season is about. The giving of gifts started not with the three wise men, but with The Father. Our Father, who art in heaven, who has given us the gift of His Son, Christ. And three wise men followed suit.  (Following God’s example is why they may have been thought wise.)

Then the legend tells us that the giving of gifts secretly started with one man hundreds of years ago, when he gave helpful gifts to the needy, during the silence of the night. And the Spirit of Giving became alive again. With the Spirit alive again, it made that silent night, also a holy night, for the Spirit of Giving – the Spirit of Christ came forth again.

But, it is the Spirit of Giving that is inside us when we are at the stores, even if in only a small spark. We all want to participate in the giving of something that is appreciated and needed. We want to give something to those we think most of and feel most close to. We take this time, whether willingly or sometimes disgruntledly, to remember those important to us by giving a gift showing to them that they are thought of fondly, respectfully, or in high esteem hopefully giving them happiness.

The spirit is catching, too. During the Christmas, or holiday season (whichever is preferred), there really is a better feeling towards others, perhaps even a greater consideration of others. Sure, business and life goes on, but within the heart of the individual the feelings come forth whether we realize it or not with the thoughts of those close to us and what would make a nice gift for them – what would make them smile.

Who doesn’t like receiving a gift, which demonstrates that someone was thinking of their well being and joy? We know in our hearts that the receiver of our gifts, bought or made, are going to have some good feelings receiving the gift. So, commercial or spiritual, the Spirit is alive and well in both – in different ways, but still in both – maybe hidden to the other point of view, but within them both anyway.

I would rather have this world with Spirit living in both of these points of view, than a world with only one point of view, or neither. Be joyful, for this time of year the Spirit of God lives inside us more, whether in great ways or small, and regardless of the symbols we use. Then we can say what the dream told me to be true… indeed, “if Santa Claus didn’t come once a year, this world would be in terrible shape.”

So, we may give in whatever way we think will bring happiness to others.  In doing so, the Spirit of Goodwill lives inside us.  And while we’re out purchasing gifts, consider also adding “under the tree” the gifts of understanding, tolerance, forgiveness, mercy, and patience with others.  We have these gifts to give from an infinite source which lives inside our hearts if we so choose, especially during the Christmas and holiday season.

California – 1. Southern Cal.

There was a great deal of information that came out in the 1960’s through the 1980’s and then in the 1990’s about possible land shifts and earth changes related to California.  In the Edgar Cayce readings, California is spoken about also.

But, while many people are speaking about Cayce’s predictions, few are speaking about what he said about his own predictions.  He said first that these things will happen “if all things stay the same.”  This means if humanity continues along its path of behavior, thought and feelings, the predictions based on these behaviors, thoughts and feelings will come to pass.  If humanity changes its behavior, thought and feelings, the predictions (the future) will be changed, also.

Change is what humanity has done.  Many millions have heard the call of Spirit and acted in line with the healing that comes with, “Love God above all else and love you’re neighbor as yourself.”  So, why does it surprise so many people when the earth changes don’t happen exactly as predicted?  Probably because so little is understood about the real way that spirituality and the energy of spirituality through prayer and meditation have an effect on humanity and human life, as well as how the act of predicting and the psychic mechanism work within the individual.

First, to make it short, prayer and meditation do impact the energy of manifestation guiding the form and scenario of  how circumstantial events play out.  It is the energy of the individual and group consciousnesses being sent out influencing energy that has been sent out previously and now returning.

Secondly, decades of misunderstanding of psychic ability and principles are both behind us as well as still ahead of us.  It won’t be until the last decade of this century that psychic ability and predicting is more readily understood – 80 years away.

Earthquakes

Looking at the land itself from today on, if all things stay the same and if mankind continues on the time-line we are on………

The actual borders of California will not change in major ways.  There will be minor, minor changes related to some increased erosion of small amounts of cliff areas along the coast line in the central Cal area.  This small amounts of erosion of small areas of cliff-lines comes from weakening land structure of hundreds of small earthquakes eventually taking it’s toll on parts of the underground, deep foundation structure.  The shaking of central California over time creates a type of characteristic that I can only call “looseness” of the substructure underground.

With regards to earthquakes, in southern California, I’m not seeing a super major earthquake in California for several years and that could change to be longer.
a. I see a possible 4.3-4.4 in the middle of October, 2009.  It could be as small as a 3.3 or 3.4.
b. Many small ones through 2009 less than 4.0
c. The largest in Nov, 2009, will be 3.5, if it reaches that high.
d. In Jan, 2010, a 4.5 as the largest possible.  But, I think it will come in around 3.7 or 3.8.
e.  One more before July, 2010
f.  August -Dec, 2010, rather quiet unless…
g.  If a 5.0 happens in 2010, it will happen in Aug/Sept time period
h. No 6 or 7 pointers in 2010.
i.  in 2011, I see a possible reaching up to 6.0 to 6.3 in the winter/spring months – Feb, or Mar.  This will be extremely deep and may not be very destructive.  It could be as small as another 4.0 though.  I think it will come in at around 4.8.
j. In 2012, besides the fear of drastic events, I don’t see a lot happening.  Very similar to 2009 and 2010.  I do see one possibility, though, for a 6.5 occurring close to the surface and spreading throughout southern California, north of Pasadena and San Bernadino.  While it could potentially reach a 6.5, I think it will come in at 4.5 to 5.5.
k.  The sizes of these depends a lot on the sizes of many of the others that precede them.  With small earthquakes, some pressure is released that avoids large earthquakes.
l.  I see a potential 7.0 in 2013.  Ask me again about this before we get there.

Again, I’m not seeing a super earthquake in southern Cal in the next 4 years.  Just many, mostly small, (like normally happens) and a few of them larger than normal.

Fires

Fires will be like they have been before, and every year for the next 10 years.  Around 2017/2018, there will be “something” that causes an extremely low number of fires.  I think it will be a super amount of rain throughout the southern 75% of the state.  Rain – all the time in that year.

During the 2017 and 2018, there will also be better ways of fighting fires and keeping fires from starting (beginning in 2015) – some procedures and technology that work to protect the land and trees as a preventative measure. (This could either be the rain or it could be a widespread effort to try new “technology”.)

Water

Water for southern Cal will be one of the serious issues that officials will have to deal with. Weather is more affected by humans than realized.
a. Steps are in place to ensure water for SoCal for the next 4 years, but after 2013, it will become more difficult to get for the southern part of the state.
b. A deal with Nevada to happen in 2013 will help So.  Cal., but it will cost Cal more than ever before.
c. 2010 will be below normal rainfall level
d. 2011 will start off appearing to be a rainy year but will not provide enough to equal the deficit.
e. Rainfall can be helped through prayer for healthier weather patterns.
f. 2012 will actually be a very rainy winter and spring.  Some rain at the beginning of the summer.
g. Each year’s weather is affected or influenced by the previous years weather.
h.  Nevada’s weather will not be like California’s and their desire to hold onto their water will be why the cost to Cal will be higher.
i.  2013 is looking like a drought year at the moment.

Economy

Southern Cal’s economy will steadily continue okay with little slow down.
a.  2009 has seen some tough troubles, but 2010 will be the time that SoCal climbs out of the hole with effort and struggle.
b.  2011 will be better than 2010, because there will be some noticeable changes in the business  of doing business in Southern California.  This will take the form of new innovations in industry and new businesses that weren’t developed much until the economy tanked.  New ways of doing business for some big money players, and new businesses that spring forth because now is the time for them.
c.  More investing will come from Southern Calif in 2011.  Not as much yet as were during 2007 or 2008, but better than ’09 and ’10.
2012 will see a few delays in the recovery and some metaphorical “potholes”, but the year will not be considered worse than 2011, just about the same.
d.  2013 will bring new hope, and a renewed sense of “let’s get to work and do this.”
e.  Starting in 2013, the economic problems for Southern Cal will be behind them and steady progress and increase in the years ahead until some problems slow things in 2017 or 2018.
f.  Again, regular economic progress from 2013 to 2017 or 18 before a slow down.
g.  For Southern Cal, the economy will seem to be dragging from 2018 to about late 2021.

Technology

a. No real influential technological improvements for 2009 affecting Southern Cal.
b. 2011 will bring some technological improvements which will be innovations that enter the market.
c.  In 2012 the bugs come forth – technologically speaking.  I see much frustration with electronics  and supposed improvements – things not working on the personal level.  But, this is not so much technology but the natural forces acting upon the technology bringing out the vulnerabilities which our technology has.  This will pertain to cell phone problems, some major computer networking problems, some electricity overload problems.  Natural forces pushing stronger and greater magnetic fields into and influencing the systems and overloading them.  Not all systems everywhere, but a handful of major systems by some of the big companies.
d.  The problems will mostly be worked out by the end of the spring, 2013.
e.  These problems won’t be avoided because there is not an understanding of the forces that will be affecting these technological systems.

What did I forget?

In looking at this right now, I look for the events and their strength of energy level that would bring them about.  There are some events which have high/strong levels and some that have low/weak levels of energy for manifesting.  That is why the future can be changed by human beings.  Humans sent energy out in times past bringing or influencing events that happen today.  Human energy sent out today can influence the human energy coming from past sending out.  This is in the same vein and hence why it’s true when John 4:18 says, “Perfect love casteth out fear.”  The energy we send out now (best done via prayer and meditation) can influence the energy we sent out previously.

Looking back in history

When we look back in our own history or in our own memory, would we like to think of ourselves as someone who did the right thing?  Would we want our children, grandchildren, or friends to think of us as someone who did the right thing?

But doing the right thing is so very hard to do sometimes.  Take the metaphor of throwing trash on the sidewalk while on a walk vs. picking up a piece of trash while walking down the sidewalk.

It’s easy to throw trash down.  It’s accepted behavior.  Everyone does it.  It’s expected. Or so says that public opinion voice in our head.

It’s so much harder to pick trash up when walking past it.  We have public opinion to contend with, and we have public habits to go against.  It’s true.  Everyone throws trash down.  If you don’t believe me, look around.  There’s trash everywhere.

But who picks the trash up?  Very few.  We scorn ourselves for picking it up, because we know we could have been picking it up all along.  But, we praise others for doing it, because they’re doing something everyone benefits from.

Yet, that someone to pick it up rarely comes along, because that someone is our self.  And we know that picking up a piece of trash while walking down a busy sidewalk is the right thing to do, but we’re so embarrassed to have to do it.  We’re so ashamed to have to do it.  Because we know, symbolically, we’re the ones that put the trash there in the first place, maybe not in this location, but in some location somewhere.  We’re the ones that ignored and walked past it in the second place.

Thank God, if we finally pick it up in the third place.

We sometimes think that only a certain type of people would pick up trash – laborers, prisoners, poor people, homeless, “the unfortunate”, – they see value in trash – (much like seeing value in people. )

We think “It’s not our job.  Someone will come along and do it.”  And so it stays on the ground.

And everyone passes it by, thinking, “It’s not my job.”  So, it stays on the ground again.  No one wants to do it.  And if we think, “Who cares if it’s not my job? I’ll do it once.” then we scorn ourselves for not doing it sooner.

We have trouble picking it up also, because we’ve labeled people who pick up trash.  We’ve gone and labeled people who do the right thing.  And we think of ourselves the same way when we pick up some trash on the sidewalk or do the right thing.

When we let go of the labels we place on others, we can let go of the labels we place on ourselves.  Then we can forgive ourselves for labeling ourselves and others.

If we wish to let go of labels, then we have to practice letting go of the labels, and practice regularly, because we are more apt to label than to let go of labeling.  When we’ve been successful, we can let go of the label of “Good”, as in, “that person is a ‘good’ person,”  or “Now, I’m a ‘good’ person for picking up that piece of trash.” We let go of the negative labels and the positive labels, both.

Jesus said, “Do not call me ‘good’.  Only God is good.”  Jesus recognized that all labeling is incorrect.  Not even Jesus is to be labeled, because no label of another human is the truth – whether we think of people as “good” or whether we think of people as “trash.”

Did Jesus have children? – 2

This posting is a reply to a comment at the end of the “Did Jesus Have Children? – 1” posting.

In Fulfillment of a Law?

With regards to the belief that He had to have children as fulfillment of a “first” commandment of “Go forth and multiply”, you could also be saying, by Jesus or anyone not having children, they are breaking God’s law. This presupposes that anyone who dies before having children, any priest or nun of any religion that chooses the religious life instead of family life, any woman who remains a virgin all her life, any person in any circumstance whereby it’s impossible for them to have children – all of these are breaking God’s law.

If you believe this, then know that I whole-heartedly don’t believe that God would create any situation whereby we would be forced to break God’s law. How could any child that dies be breaking God’s law by not having children before they died?

Do you see what I mean? To maintain that it is God’s first Commandment that we “go forth and multiply” and that this is a command or law, rather than a general invitation, doesn’t work in so many ways.

However, to give you the benefit of the doubt, I’ll take your point of view and say that Jesus did indeed follow the “law” as you have set forth, but not as Jesus. Jesus fulfilled that particular “law” as Adam.

Adam was Jesus’ first life as a human being. (Did I hear a shoe drop?) It can be said to be very fitting then to refer to this soul as “God’s only begotten son.” The Edgar Cayce readings speak of Jesus and His previous lives quite extensively. As Adam, he fell, and as Jesus, He was raised up. As Adam, he brought death, but as Jesus, He brought Life.

Jesus demonstrated the full evolutionary potential of all human souls in the Earth, by walking the path that every soul must take to evolve in the Earth. Adam/Jesus went through every human experience in order to create in this earth, a way back to our oneness with God. Jesus succeeded wonderfully in doing just this. He gave us the blueprint for how we as souls in our own evolutionary path can return to a oneness with God.

Did Jesus have a child?

While the belief can and most likely will still be held onto, the belief that Jesus had children points away from Jesus’ real mission. From many sources, including Jesus, we get that His mission and purpose is to demonstrate God in every way possible. This includes demonstrating God’s love for each of us, God’s willingness to help us at any time, God’s willingness to teach us, to guide us, to unite with us, to enjoy life with us, and more and more.

It was not in Jesus’ mission, during this one particular life, to set up special relationships with only a few people. That’s what family relationships are – special relationships. We are connected to family members in different ways that to others. From His own words, we learn that His family – his mother, his brothers and sisters are those that follow and do the will of God. (Matthew 12:50)

Jesus had a very definite purpose. His mission was to demonstrate God and in doing this, to do this equally to all souls, so that all souls know that they can at any time come to know that God is a real Being, that we can approach God, be welcomed by God, have a relationship with God, be loved by God, and live from this relationship with God as demonstrated by Jesus Christ. How many ways can we say this? Jesus’ is meant to show God’s love and attention to all soul’s equally.

For Him to show a special love to one or two is to get off course of the mission of showing God’s love to everyone equally. If we insist on maintaining he had special relationships, then think of all of us, human beings, as the “Mary Magdalene” in His life. He is always ready to bestow all love to each of us, if we are willing to accept it. We don’t need a sexual relationship with Him to be “special”, because every human being is “special” to Him, and to God.

One contributing factor to push the belief that Jesus had a relationship and children from it, is that through the centuries, organized religious belief has raised Jesus to a level of Him far above the normal human being to the point of Him no longer being a human being, but being God – above all life – above all human beings. Unfortunately, the result of this has been to separate Jesus Christ from human beings – making Him “special” and at the same time separate. This makes it seem impossible to connect to Him, call Him when we need Him, follow His example, to learn from Him, to be friends with Him and have Him as our friend, and to help us come to know that we can walk beside Him.

Unfortunately again, with Jesus placed in “too high a level that we cannot reach” – with this perspective, we come to think that it is no longer possible to live a life of love, of service, and of goodwill to others. The belief grows that there is a gulf between Jesus Christ and real people, and it becomes greater and greater.

The more we put Jesus on the pedestal, the more we place ourselves so far below Him that our connection to Him becomes unseen and unattainable. We no longer consider Him in touch with our own suffering, our own struggles and our own lives, and He becomes someone not “real” as we know “real”.

By believing that Jesus had a wife and/or children, for some, it is an attempt to try to make Him into a regular person once again. It is an attempt at trying to bring Him back into the realms of real people by having Him take on regular people circumstances – family, sex, children. Among other things, we want Him to be real, so that we can be closer to Him. But, believing this way isn’t really necessary to make Jesus a real person again or to have Him closer. The truth is Jesus always was and is a real person, like you and I. He calls us brothers and sisters, not subjects or pets. He sees us eye to eye, not by looking down. We don’t need to make Him into what He wasn’t in order to make Him real and close.  Putting Him on a pedestal is what makes Him seem unreal.

The bottom line for so many of us is, that we want to be close to a real Jesus Christ – one that isn’t on a pedestal. We can stop putting Him on a pedestal, and walk side by side with Him carrying on a conversation like any good friends who share their hearts and minds together.  Something to consider that may help this is to understand that at any time, instead of waiting for Jesus to move back closer to us, we can move closer to Him. Instead of waiting to have an experience of Jesus Christ, we can give Jesus Christ an experience of us – let Him have our company.

Are you wondering how? The same way that we usually let anyone have our company.

Visions

“At different times, I’ve had visions of destructive events.  What are these about?”  K.F.

Many people have visions of events of a potentially destructive or harmful nature.  It is important to know that these events are never set in stone.  There is no future that cannot be changed.  When we receive these visions, we are being called to act.  If we can physically act to help a potential event, then it is good to do so.  If we can’t physically do anything about the event, then we can pray or meditate for the healing of these events to whatever degree we can accomplish.  We can change the future – these visions- through pray and meditation for healing asking that the Light of God come more into these circumstances.  We are being called to do just this.

When God’s help is sought for any event, presently happening, or potentially set to happen, great healing and better results become possible.  As Christ said, “With God all things are possible.”  Through our prayers, our meditations, our efforts towards the highest and best in any way, the outcome of these visions can change.  This is because when we pray, when we meditate, and when we put forth effort to help, God’s power and healing becomes real in the world and can affect changes in ways we may not understand or recognize – but are real and effective nonetheless.  The level of effectiveness then is based on the level of our effort in our prayers and meditations that all then put forth.

When these visions happen, take time to pray, and to meditate, sending prayers, whatever light and healing energy one can to help with healing the situation and circumstances described in the vision.  But remember, knowing whether our efforts are successful or not, is not necessarily going to happen.  Even with these events and our efforts, we are called to have faith that bringing God into a situation will have a greater impact on the situation than if we did nothing at all.

Did Jesus have children? – 1

(See also “Did Jesus have children? – 2”)

Did Jesus marry and have children?

First of all, remember, as humans, anybody can say anything about anyone at any time… even about Jesus.  It’s always been this way with the human race, it always will be this way with the human race.

Yet, this isn’t my answer.  Rather, I will answer this way:

It has been hundreds and thousands of years in which religions have been translated and re-translated, argued and then re-argued, debated and re-debated, passed on and kept hidden.  Generations upon generations have passed in which spiritual beliefs have been taught from one person to another.  During this time, there have been and still are gospel truths, half-truths, little white lies, and bald face lies all through the different religions, and spiritual belief systems.   To some extent, this would be expected, because of the diversity that beliefs are applied to each individual’s personal life circumstances and experiences.

Ultimately, it doesn’t matter.   For argument’s sake, here, this isn’t the main issue.  The issue isn’t whether the man Jesus did or did not have children with Mary Magdalene.  The issue is, and what matters more is – what do we do with our beliefs?  Many will continue to believe he did regardless of any presentation of evidence to the contrary.  Many will continue to believe he did not regardless of any presentation of evidence to the contrary.   Jesus didn’t concern Himself with the differing beliefs of religions, He concerned Himself with our actions towards and relationships with each other.  Jesus’ message was put simply, “Love God above all else and Love your neighbor as yourself.”
The same is true of every issue ever argued within the walls of any religion or spiritual system of beliefs, including the creationism vs. evolution arguments going on everywhere.  Yet, the idea still is practiced by many  that what we believe is somehow more important than how we use our beliefs to act towards those whose beliefs are different.
Can any of us say that we believe exactly like anyone else?  With so many different versions of Christianity, Islam, Judaism, etc, can any of us say that we, and only we, have the truth?  Alright that’s the wrong question to ask because almost every member of every different version of every religion tells themselves that they hold the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, and others are lying to themselves in a big way.
Every belief we have comes from our learning from a mixture of sources – parents, teachers, leaders – spiritual and non, friends, books, experiences, thoughts and feelings, television, movies, politicians, and many more sources.  Because of this, everyone is going to draw upon their own life to develop their own unique set of beliefs.  It makes sense that everyone would do this.
God knows this.  That’s why the greatest spiritual teachers don’t say what to believe as much as how to relate to each other from within our chosen set of beliefs.  The greatest spiritual teachers tell about our brotherhood and sisterhood among each other.  The greatest spiritual messages don’t speak about what we think or believe, but rather what we feel in our hearts, then what we do with these feelings.  Because it is in our heart that love resides, and it is in this Love, that God resides within us.
Jesus doesn’t ask so much the details of what we believe, He asks us what are we doing with our beliefs.  Jesus asks us – that which we do believe – how are we using our beliefs to affect how we relate to our fellow man?  He never spoke out against other religions that were prevalent in that time – and there were many.  He told all that listened, that God is the God of all people.  He spoke out against hypocrisy, which is a factor influencing how we relate to each other.  He spoke out against placing oneself above others in God’s eyes, which is another factor influencing how we relate to each other.
Therein is the message that Jesus spoke of – that which is in a person’s heart.  Our beliefs may be what builds religions, but what is in our hearts determines what we do with our beliefs.
Our beliefs bring us to the point of asking – Are we using our beliefs to recognize our unity and oneness with our fellow human beings, or are we using our beliefs to separate and divide?  Are we using our beliefs to love God above all else, and our neighbor as ourselves, or are we using our beliefs to ostracize and push others away if they are different?  Are we using our beliefs to celebrate diversity in peoples or to condemn diversity?  Are we using our beliefs as gavels with which to judge others, or are we using our beliefs to recognize the value of every difference.
We all have our reasons for believing that which we do or don’t believe, and we all make choices pro and con.  Very few logical, mental arguments from others are going to change the beliefs we grow to have.  That is why the greatest spiritual messages speak about what is in the heart – the place where God’s love and our love can and does reside, when we bring that love forth.

This idea shows respect for the path of learning which we’ve each traveled to get where we are, with regards to our beliefs.  And in time, opening our hearts, will help us to open to potential learning from views of our brothers and sisters, even those sometimes different.  This in turn, can lead to finding more to add to our own understanding and to an even greater paradigm than we held in our consciousnesses before.

Do we lift others up or do we knock others down?

Finally,  – Yes, the particular set of beliefs which we hold to is still important, as we see in the world today – many believe that killing others is spiritually good.  Yet, if we looked deeper at the question presented here – “what are we doing with our beliefs?” – we then see that which is in people’s hearts actually fuels people’s actions, and a hate-filled heart uses any belief system, religion, or excuse they can find to serve their already hate-filled agenda.
Those whose hearts are filled with hate, will use any religion, any political persuasion, any reason or excuse to carry out their hatred.  Likewise, those whose hearts are open or carry within them a caring and loving kindness, forgiveness, patience, gentleness, or mercy, in turn, can use any religion and any belief to carry out their caring, their kindness, their mercy, their patience, their recognition of the oneness of all life, the brotherhood of humankind, and peace and goodwill to all mankind.  This is why the greatest spiritual messages are about our what lives inside our hearts, and not the different beliefs residing inside our minds.

I believe that Jesus did not marry and have children.  I believe this because it makes sense to me with my current personal paradigm and falls in line with the life of the Christ Spirit that I’m aware of, coming to show people that God’s love is equal for all and available to all equally.  In the Edgar Cayce readings, the readings say, that “He wanted to be her savior, not her lover.”  Because I believe this, my beliefs could flavor that which I see psychically.  So, what I say here can still be debated.  No logical, mental arguement is going to change someone’s heart, if they don’t want it to be changed.

The Growth of Our Beliefs

(This is not a psychic prediction of the future but rather what I’ve come to understand and see active within people.)

There are a few principles to consider that are readily at work within the forming of our chosen beliefs.
1. We believe that which we believe, because we want to believe it. It serves us, in some way. It can serve the selfishness inside us, or it can serve the selflessness inside us – and both at the same time.
2. We don’t believe that which we don’t believe, because we don’t want to believe it. It serves us to not believe it. We choose, or rather, we exercise our freewill with what we do not believe, in the same manner that we choose or exercise freewill in what we do believe.
3. What we believe in may or may not be true.
4. Our beliefs are built from the ground up, through our ongoing years beginning with and coming from our parents, authority figures as a child and adult, books, the media, our personal experiences, our inner feelings, our thoughts, our emotions, our understandings, and our own relationships to every different individuals to which our beliefs are connected. Then add past-lives into that, too, if so inclined.
5. It’s possible to believe something to be true and it be false. It’s also possible to believe something to be false, that is true.
6. With regards to spiritual matters and subjects, each individual comes to build their own paradigm of beliefs by using all the same inner tools that everyone else uses to build their paradigm of their beliefs. The outer individual resources will be different, but the inner workings and inner tools are the same. These inner tools are 1) having thoughts and ideas, 2) experiencing feelings and emotions, 3) learning from one’s own experiences and 4) exercising freewill.
7. God has given us all unique and different experiences, as well as unique past developmental influences and factors to build our own beliefs. We can gain more by sharing amongst each other.
8. Gossip and Gospel are not the same, but they can easily become confused, with some thinking each is the other.
9. Question: What would the world be like if everyone believed exactly the same way on everything that ever existed?  …   And no belief ever got challenged?
10. It is best that we don’t believe everything we hear. It is also best that we don’t believe everything we say.
11. We cannot build our own personal relationship with God, through someone else’s beliefs, or thoughts in someone else’s mind, or someone else’s feelings in someone else’s heart.
12. If Jesus Christ has always and will exist for eternity, it gives to reason that there is time to learn about Him, and learn from Him … personally.
13. Rarely is life black and white. More often, its colored in the other billions of colors in between black and white.
14. Most problems arise when we think our perspective and understanding of something is complete and finished.
15. Those that know Jesus Christ today, know the Jesus Christ that walked 2000 years ago. Those that don’t know Jesus Christ today, don’t know the Jesus Christ that walked 2000 years ago.
16. There are many of us humans who don’t believe in Christ, because we are deeply angry and resentful at Him.
17. Do we really want the truth? If we really want it, we must go to the source of the truth – anywhere else means we want something other than the truth.
18. Contrary to popular opinion, God does not deny us information and answers to our questions put to Him/Her, but contrary to popular opinion, we usually have an agenda on what we expect, what we want, and what we’ll accept as the answer.
19. If God is involved, EVERYTHING is possible and ANYTHING can happen.
20. We may release others from the prison chains of having to feel, think or believe the same way we do. We may release ourselves from the prison chains of having to feel, think or believe the same way others do.
21. Just because we don’t believe something, doesn’t mean it’s not true. It just means we don’t believe it. Likewise, just because we believe something to be true, doesn’t mean it’s true. It just means we believe it to be true.
22. Just because someone judges us to be wrong, doesn’t mean we’re wrong. It only means they’re judging us to be wrong. Likewise, just because someone is judging us to be right, doesn’t mean we’re right. It just means they’re judging us to be right.
23. What we don’t believe in – only limits ourselves. It doesn’t limit others or the truth.

Passing Over

“What can we do to prepare for direct and quick ascension to the highest frequency after we leave form…as opposed to being confused and hovering for awhile?”  C.L.

Hugh Lynn Cayce answered this question this way…  (paraphrasing) When we pass over, look for the Light.  We will find it.  Hold onto the Light as long as you can.  There may be distractions but focus on the light as long as possible.  When we become distracted away from the light, we may then stay at that level until we let go of whatever the distraction was.

My advice is keep an open mind to what is beyond this life.  When the time comes, feel free to ask as many questions as come to you.  This will allow that which is real to come forth, rather than your own mind creating a scenario that plays itself out in your consciousness based on preconcieved beliefs.

When my grandfather passed away, I met with him and asked him what it was like.  He looked around and said, “I don’t know yet.”  I knew that he would soon find out and be helped.  He had not yet moved into the light, but his mind was open to whatever may yet happen.

Don’t be alarmed by any possibility of confusion.  There will be very good help for us when we disconnect the silver cord.  There is bound to be some confusion and unfamiliarity – like going into a room we’ve not been in for decades and decades.  There’s bound to be some slow examination of where we are at.  We tend to still think 3 dimensionally for awhile.  Plus there are many things about the other side, that are difficult to explain about on this side because there are not the words that give an adequate explanation or understanding, for example, if I told you there is no “up or down”, “left or right”, or “front or back”, would our minds be able to wrap around it in such a way as to fully understand this?
The dream and meditation experiences help us best to prepare for the other side, in the same way that learning how to swim in a pool helps us prepare for swimming in the ocean.

When a person has apprehension, the best of help is available.  There really is no need for concern or apprehension.  There is kind and gentle ready help.  Just go into the Light, Hold to the Light.

Judas’ past lives

Judas Iscariot had freewill just like every other human that ever lived. Judas also had to face dealing with his own sense of superiority – just like so many others of us human beings who live and have lived.

Judas had at least 4 previous lives where he studied and grew in spiritual understanding. In these 4 previous lives, his heart and mind were open and his open spirit and consciousness were developing. Previous to his life as Judas though, he also had a life as a prince in a nearby area of the Middle East (east of Israel, eastern Saudia Arabia to Iran). He had grown in consciousness from the spiritual learning during the 4 lives, and had been able to be born into a role as a prince whereby this learning could have benefited his people.

But, he took a skewed path. As the prince, with his innate spiritual intelligence, and his political position and lineage, he became self-important, seeing himself as more intelligent and aware than his subjects and this developed into seeing himself as above others in knowing how life should proceed. He thought more of his own position than he did of others well being. He believed more that he knew better how to decide people’s lives instead of them deciding for themselves, because he thought of himself as being so much smarter than others.

This motivated his choice to be a Zealot during the life as Judas, as well. As a prince in a previous life, he made the political choices of his land. With the Romans in rule over the land during his life, it conflicted with what he thought the way things should be. He opposed Roman rule, opting instead for Jewish rule. (He sought Jewish rule even unconsciously and eventually consciously to the point of Judas imagining being back in political power in a position of influence under Judas’ vision of having an Earthly kingdom with Jesus as king over the land.)

In the life as Judas then, spiritually speaking, he did have the spiritual understanding to be one of Jesus’ Apostles. But, arrogance was his issue that he was meant to face and overcome.  (Each Apostle had a specific dominant issue that had to face and overcome.)

This arrogance also came through in what Judas told his own followers. Judas saw himself as an elevated person once again, and passed this perspective on to his own followers – hence the Gospel of Judas points to Judas as being in a “special” position. Jesus tried to give Judas warning of what Judas’ path would lead to, but was unable to influence Judas to resolve this issue of arrogance enough to change Judas’ intentions, Judas’ beliefs as a Zealot, and Judas’ attempt to rid the area of Roman authority.

Judas’ decision to betray Jesus came from this arrogance – believing that he knew better than others what path the Jewish people should take. He believed that a physical king was what the Jewish people needed, instead of Roman rule.

Believing that Jesus was going to be around for a long time, he sought to force Jesus to take the throne. Judas knew that Jesus wouldn’t go up against the Romans on His own. Instead, Judas believed that Jesus would “defend” his place on the earth in order to stay on earth. So, Judas sought to force His hand.

Jesus had shown his ability before to avoid being caught or hurt by those that were against him. When Jesus gave Himself over willingly to the Romans, Judas was as surprised as anyone could be. He had seen before Jesus avoid others that sought to hurt Jesus.

As the hours passed, Judas realized what he had done and how he, himself, had destroyed everything he had tried to force to make happen. Judas could not live with what he had done to Jesus. Judas chose Judas’ will, rather than God’s will for Judas – God’s will for Judas being to sacrifice his own arrogance. With the awareness that he, Judas, had destroyed all that he had wanted to have happen, he took his own life.

Had Judas chosen to face his arrogance and overcome it, this would not have stopped Jesus’ crucifixion. Those that sought to end Jesus’ presence in the land would have found another way, and within a very short time. Jesus had enemies from among those that feared losing their positions of authority. They found Judas to be a willing convenience, but until he came forth, they were working on coming up with what way would work best for them to seize Jesus.

History has Judas as being an evil accomplice, but Judas was really guilty of misunderstanding the role of Jesus as well as misunderstanding the role of himself. Judas is guilty of attempting to force his choice of the political way that people would go. Judas was still thinking he was the prince of that previous life – placing himself above others – choosing others lives for them – forcing Judas’ ways and choices onto others.

All the Apostles had issues to face and overcome. Judas’ was arrogance, thinking he knew better than God how this world should move forward.

We can see in many places all across the globe that this still happens among us all – when we think we know better than God how things should happen, and when we think we know better than God how other people’s lives should unfold.  In other words, when we believe we can take God’s place in being a judge over humans and human life.  But, more and more people across the globe, we are learning that self-determination is a human right, too, and human rights are innate to all.

Arrogance is when we place ourselves above others – thinking we are greater than others – and therefore, we are better at deciding others lives for them. However, humility, is not thinking that we are less than others. On the contrary, humility is when we recognize that we are equal to every other human being – equal in the spirit that God has created within each of us – equal in the capacity for good or evil – and equally loved by our Creator.

Judas is not condemned to hell forever and ever.  Like all other souls on the Earth, we all have opportunities to return in other lives, allowing us to learn more, and repair or heal the mistakes we make from earlier lives.  “With God, all things are possible”, including healing this.

Jesus, prayer, 2006

Added 12/12/2006 (revised 7/6/07): The weather (hurricane) predictions of 2006 in the Gulf of Mexico did not occur as I predicted. I looked back into this, and psychically looked for that which led to the contrast between my prediction and that which occurred. As I asked and looked psychically, a vision came. I saw the Spirit of Christ covering the entire southeast US including much of the Gulf of Mexico. The Spirit of Christ’s presence absorbed/dissolved the destructive energy that was coming and would have manifested through hurricanes in the Gulf. The presence of the Christ Spirit came as a direct result of so many prayers for the Gulf Coast following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, coming much from the churches and people of Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi, and from the prayers from the other surrounding states and the entire U.S. The prayers that were offered up for this Gulf region after hurricane Katrina and Rita were so great in their numbers and so united in people’s efforts, in order to help this region to not have this again, that the presence of the Christ Spirit grew so great as to change the weather patterns that I had seen potentially happening. I saw prayers coming from churches along the Gulf Coast states, as well as people from all across the nation.I also saw during this time and subsequent readings, that the presence and energy of the Christ Spirit is so great that these prayers and this presence will also protect the Gulf on up to the middle of the 2007 season, and will greatly reduce the number of hurricanes which I saw entering into this Gulf Coast region in 2007 and some in 2008. I believe the Christ Spirit responded, and in turn, responds to the problems, as human beings respond to the problems – through our prayers and meditations. As we pray, so then answers Christ. If we don’t do our work and pray (call on God), neither then does the Spirit of Christ respond to the great degree that we would otherwise see.

Many wonder if our prayers are answered. I’ve seen it first hand that the answer is “Yes”, according to the sincerity, strength, in our hearts through our prayers.

One news report I watched on television near the end of Nov. 2006, stated that the 2006 season was uncharacteristically quiet – that more storms and hurricanes had been predicted for 2006 by meteorologists and the National Hurricane Center. (and by me, too, but the news report didn’t mention me. Nor did they mention the protective healing power of Jesus Christ coming from the prayers of so many.)
