More often than not, we don’t recognize God when God is present. We don’t know what to look for. We don’t know when to look. We don’t know how to recognize God. This is because we just don’t know that much about God. We can read that God is Infinite, or God is everywhere, or God is everything, but we just don’t see how this can be, and so we don’t see God. Jesus said, “Many will see and then believe, but blessed are they who don’t see, yet still believe.” The Edgar Cayce readings say that “Faith is the belief in things unseen.” It is also believing in things not understood in our minds and paradigms.
If we just don’t yet see God, then perhaps all we can try for is to believe that everything we see is God. We don’t yet have to understand it, but we can still believe it. After all, there are many things we don’t understand, but we still believe them. And there are many things that we see.
Everything we see is God. Now, that’s quite a thought, and quite a belief. Everything we see is God. Take a look around. Everything we see is God. There’s something about this belief that feels good. Everything we see is God. Keep your eyes open for now. Everything we see …
Right now, in the US and the world, so many people are concerned, worried, fearful and many other feelings about our own nation, the world we live in – the world around us – “The External World” – that which we see, hear, taste, feel and smell, all around us.
Some of us have spent our entire lives focused on the world around us, fixing, working, and accomplishing things in this world. We may have reached nearing mid-life age or the end of our lives and instead of feeling fantastically accomplished and wonderfully fulfilled, we feel depressed, anxious, upset, resentful or angry, sometimes to the point of medicating ourselves to help us deny this.
So many of us can look at what we’ve accomplished out in the world in our lifetime, and start to experience deep within where it has become nothing but a whisper – that we haven’t changed the world as much as we wanted to during this life. We haven’t gotten the insight that we thought we’d have. We haven’t gotten from this path in the way we thought we would, so we get angry and upset, disillusioned and disappointed, and lost in wondering if what we did had any value at all. If we haven’t made the world into what we wanted by the time we reach “NOW”, we may get depressed, or despondent and sometimes a sense of despair and deep loss may come up within us.
We can even take our anxiety and anger out on others – those who we feel are to blame for us not “changing the world” – not “making the world a better place”. We see PLENTY of blame and attacks on social media. We tend to take this anger out on people who we feel “got in our way” of making this world better or our life better. The daily news shows the worst cases of how some people have demonstrated their utter loss and frustration through killing of others.
Regardless of which side of the fence we’re on with regards to any group or culture we belong to, so many times, we blame others for our own “not making the world into the better place that I wanted to make it into” – this includes not making our own personal, private world or circle into what we wanted to make it into. We blame others, and …
… even our self (although we don’t always admit to blaming ourselves since “it’s obviously someone else’s fault”).
If we came into the world to make the world a better place for ourselves (and others maybe) “to fix the world”, and therefore, all our effort had been focused on changing the world around us – changing any part of this planet Earth back into a “Garden of Eden” for ourselves (and others, maybe) …
but yet, if we haven’t worked to change/fix/heal/better ourselves …
… then we would have wasted our entire lives.
Life is not about fixing the external world around us, in which we’re living. Many think it is. We didn’t come into this world, with the #1 directive being to change the External World around us. We didn’t come with the purpose in life being to change the Earth.
What so many don’t remember and acknowledge is the External World around us – all of it – is the mirror image of what is within us – the mirror image of what is within our consciousness, within our minds, within our hearts and within our souls. The world that we see and “live inside” is the reflection of what is inside our consciousnesses. What we see around us is the reflection of all of us – what we have within us to work on to change.
We have made the Earth into our own image and likeness.
Even if we did make great changes in the External World – the Earth – we would still return to whatever level of living/dying/creating/destroying we’re at as the human race – unless we make the great changes within ourselves first.
We are here to change our own consciousness. We are here in this level of consciousness – in this “realm” we call the Universe – the Solar System – the Earth – to change our own selves – our conscious and subconscious minds, our hearts at both the shallowest and the deepest places within us, and our souls in their full existence.
If we haven’t put effort into changing our own self – we have wasted all the years in the world, and it is only natural that we’re going to feel deep inside our self – that we haven’t accomplished what we came here to accomplish – that we haven’t changed the REAL thing we came to change – our self.
The Portrait of Dorian Gray
Ultimately, this fact is true – if we’ve changed the world around us, but we haven’t changed our self, then we’ve accomplished nothing, because the world will simply eventually revert back to what it was – the reflection – the Earth and the world we think we see – like the portrait of Dorian Gray, which will always reflect that truth which is within us – the unchanged, unexamined issues, harmful emotions and the broken and injured relationships we have with our self and others.
Even now, the world reflects the conflict we have within ourselves – not just with others, but the conflict we have with our own self which we haven’t yet examined, or which we haven’t yet acknowledged or worked on. It is very true that all of us have some conflict within us which we have not yet examined – waiting for us to get around to it when we have more time – “we’re just so busy, right now. We’ve got a world to fix, after all.”
The reflection we see in the mirror – the world that we see around us – will continue as it is – as long as we avoid the inner work on the inner world we have within our inner selves. This reflection is ourselves that we see in the mirror, and it is this that is within which is the source of what we see out there.
The New Reflection
When we change our mind and heart about our judgements, our criticisms, our bitterness, our resentments, our rages, our angers, our fears, our abuses, our attacks, our belittlements, our disrespects, etc. within ourselves, – changed into forgiveness and mercy, compassion, tolerance, loving kindness, understanding, patience with others and ourselves, etc., then we will begin to see the new reflection in the mirror of the planet. Because some of us have done some of this work, we are already seeing some of this change, but our own part that we play in this change – this is what we must address – sooner or later.
When we address our own issues, then we will have changed the Inner Source of the reflection that we see in the External World around us.
It is when we bring these higher qualities forward when standing in the midst of the lower/harmful qualities. Not in the midst of someone else’s portrait of Dorian Gray, but OUR OWN. Bringing forth our higher qualities of kindness, mercy, humility, and the others when we have previously brought forth our lower qualities – in the face of our self when we are wanting instead to react spewing forth any manner of negative and harmful qualities – this is the moment of true changing of the world.
Christ said, “With God, all things are possible.” This means that with God – which is the Infinite Source of love, patience, determination, kindness, persistence, wisdom, forgiveness, mercy, compassion – all inner injuries can be healed. This means that with God – which is love, patience, determination, kindness, persistence, wisdom, forgiveness, mercy, compassion – everything within us that we’ve lost, can be found. This means that with God – everything about us that is a mess, can be cleaned up and made straight. This means that with God, everything about our real self forgotten can be remembered. And this means that with God, everything broken within us, can be made whole.
It is with our effort then beginning from the center within us, that the Garden of Eden returns. Then does the Earth we want to have form, come into being. Because the Garden of Eden, the Earth we want to exist, is born from the Love and Kindness, the forgiveness and mercy, the patience and understanding, the determination, persistence, tolerance and compassion that one gives to our fellow human beings – all of them plus one – our self.
And, oh, yes, it absolutely is a challenge, … yet, once more…. as Christ said, “For man it is impossible, but with God, all things are possible” – even changing and growing within our self.
I would go so far as to say, that ONLY with God, is this possible.
When I hear someone say, “Black Lives Matter”, I imagine and believe their meaning with their words continues with “Black Lives Matter, Too”. I don’t get a sense that they’re trying to diminish any other person or group, because I imagine their experience is one of being and having been diminished by others. Still, this very well could be just how I think about this.
As I watch this and similar movements, questions come up for me. One question being is with those who say, “Blue Lives Matter.” Do they mean, “Blue Lives Matter, Equally” or do they mean “Blue Lives Matter, More” ? Do they believe that society diminishes those people who wear the blue uniform, and society considers them “less than”, and therefore this phrase needs supported? I don’t know. And I admit, this could be just questions that I have. Everyone else could already know for themselves.
When I hear someone say, “All Lives Matter”, do they mean “All Lives Matter, Equally” or are they also thinking “All Lives Matter, but not equally.” Again, I don’t know. It’s always up to the individual, as to what they think and feel – and what they reveal to others. And I can’t help but ask.
I know that we humans can say one thing and mean another. We can also say something, and have people misunderstand our meaning. And, I will still admit that all of this could be just me and how I think. Everyone else may already have all their answers.
May God bless every person’s effort to seek wisdom and understanding.
There are many in the world, right now, that are saying, “I have the truth. Come to me for the truth.” We see people saying this in politics, on the internet, social media, television, radio, etc. Also, right now, there are many in the world that eagerly seek to blame and condemn others, saying “the others are lying”, “media is lying”, “this person is lying”, “those people conspire in bad activities”, “this or that group is corrupt and wicked”. There are many, right now, in the world who get paid A LOT of money to say just these words.
At the same time, we humans carry fear with us as we live our life. There is plenty that triggers us to fear. I won’t list the litany of all the triggers. Some of us humans even want to trigger fear in others – not always for underhanded reasons, but sometimes to sound an alarm of things that we personally fear.
In dealing with being human, when we’re caught up in words people say and the fears of people, we can forget that as spirit beings living in human bodies, we are not originally of this world. We can forget that we came from spirit and will return to spirit. We can forget that we came not to add to fear to the world, but to add to truth, – and not mankind’s truth, but the truth of Spirit. We came to help share the truth which even Christ worked to bring into this world, and still works to bring into this world – even when Christ’s messages may get misinterpreted, distorted, misunderstood, changed, usurped, refabricated, remade, altered, or even dismissed or rejected.
However, as it turns out, the simpleness of Christ’s message makes it easy to return to His original message:
“Love one another as I have loved you.”
“Love God above all else, and Love your neighbor as yourself.”
“Perfect Love casts out fear.”
“For mankind, it is impossible, but with God, all things are possible.”
Christ, or put another way, the Light and Life of the World does not hide in the shadows of the Internet nor behind anonymity, seeking to be anonymous while condemning selected people, criticizing whomever is chosen as an enemy, attacking people or trying to bring separation and blame. Christ teaches in the light of day, in simple ways, out in the open, with words that demonstrate Love, again, and that Love is real.
But, not everyone wants this.
Christ speaks of unity and brotherhood of all people and all life. Christ speaks of the Father/Mother/God’s Infinite and unending forgiveness, mercy and Love. He speaks of the joy God feels when someone, who regularly chooses acting without love, living in shadows and hiding behind anonymity, chooses instead to seek the Healing of Loving Kindness.
But not everyone wants this.
All things from Christ come from Love and come with Love. This is why all things from Christ heal individual hearts and shared hearts. Everything from the Christ within brings us out from hiding in the shadows – into the light of day where goodwill towards each other becomes real again. Christ/Love gives the best of Life – Love – to all people equally and does not hold back on giving tolerance or mercy continuously. Christ tells us that if we choose to condemn others or remove the splinter from another’s eye, then first remove the huge chunks from our own. Christ says, “let he who is without sin cast the first stone.” Then says, “Neither do I condemn you.”
There are many, many, many that choose condemning anyone they can think of or with whom they disagree. There are many, many, many that choose hiding in the shadows and behind anonymity, again and again. But, Christ’s message is about Loving one another and not about conspiracies, slander, or blaming. He knocks at the door to our heart and mind. He brings healing of our feelings of despair and aloneness. He offers His hand again to help us show tolerance and understanding in the open, in the light of day for all to see.
At any time, we can choose for ourselves to follow the many, many, many who are generous in their condemnation and judgement towards anyone that disagrees with them or whom they choose as their enemy. At any time, we can choose for ourselves to follow slandering and throwing volumes of disrespect on anyone who doesn’t side with us.
Verbal abuse and verbal violence are available to anyone who wants abuse and violence to be part of their heart and mind, and in turn, what they offer the world. Deciding to no longer believe that all people are one people on this Earth – is available to believe and has many that choose to teach this. Denying that all souls are equal in the Eyes of God, – saying this is the truth – and denying Christ’s words “I will never leave you or forsake you” is available if we seek this to be in what we participate.
Christ really does say to us, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” There are many, many, many that seek to teach us that we are lost and alone unless we follow them only, and hide with them in their condemning of the group of their choosing. Even we who sincerely seek the Truth of Christ, can become lost, if we don’t yet know that this journey of seeking truth starts with unlocking the door of our own Heart. While Christ honors His own words, we don’t give the same words back to Him. For us, we still stumble and fall in our efforts to say back “Christ, I will never leave you nor forsake you.” For us it is to pick ourselves back up, dust off our clothes and try again, to walk the path of following Him.
Ultimately, we can only ask ourselves in our own heart, in the moment we are still with our own thoughts, “do we seek to throw stones and add to the condemning and judging that many others want? Do we seek to add to the conflict which many, many, many others choose? Do those who we align with – seek to cast the first stone, …. the second stone, … and more stones after that…
… or does that which we seek offer forgiveness and mercy while we let go of our stones of judgement and condemning? Does that which we seek point to how we can heal our own hearts and relationships, then point to how we can feel a sameness even with those who differ from us?
Better choices are available to us. Better solutions are available to us. Better hearts are available to us. Greater love is available to us, for us, in us and to heal us.
Love is real. Christ is real. And these are easy to say “no” to. Yet, when better choices are available, and instead we say, “Yes” – instead seeking within ourselves – to unlock the door, open it, and say, “Lord, you are welcome within my heart and mind. Teach me the Truth of You. Show me the way of Loving,” Christ will not hold back and will never hide from us. Christ will not hide behind anonymity. Christ will not speak with slander or of conspiracies.
The Christ, who exists within our own Self, ready to be expressed to ourselves and others, will show us the Joy of the Infinite One in helping us to recognize that Oneness with others is the path of the Infinite Consciousness of Love. Christ will show us that nothing separates us from the brotherhood of life except what is in our own mind and our own heart towards others. Christ teaches us that there is no blame of ourselves and others that cannot be forgiven. Even today, He speaks of acceptance, tolerance and Infinite opportunities through Infinite Patience, which are available to us in any and every moment in which we can unlock the door to the Light and say, “God, are you there? Please, come in. Please, help me. Help us. Teach me of you. Teach me of Love. Lord, please, teach me the Truth.”
“I received this [conspiracy] E-mail [message] a couple of days ago… which you may have as well, & I’m overwhelmed at the specific info it entails. … This may or may not resonate with your intel, but have a look.” S.S.
My response regarding what the conspiracy email message says…..
Everyone of us, has our God-given freewill to choose our own path, our own beliefs, and our own choices about participation to learn and grow. This includes our choosing our own struggle with discerning truth and lies. Of our own freewill, we can even choose to be honest —— with ourselves and others – or we can choose to lie and mislead others and ourselves.
Yet, stepping back and looking objectively, when we consider the intentions or “agendas” of others, we can understand that every soul has both good and bad within us. We have both selfishness and unselfishness in us. As Edgar Cayce said in one of his readings, “There is good in the worst of us, and there is bad in the best of us.” There is no situation, circumstance, vocation, organization or anything where this is NOT the case. Everywhere there are human beings – souls – Edgar Cayce’s statement is true. No one is all good or all bad.
This principle of human character includes those people who have chosen to go into public service – our elected officials – who are people – souls – who have chosen this path (for many thousands of reasons,) and this truth does not change within them just because they disagree with each other and sometimes ourselves…. or just because they get accused and blamed – in other words, ‘demonized’.
There is no escaping the fact that we are all human beings, and they are all human beings, no matter how many times we humanly demonize these human beings inside our own human heads. They are people who experience all the feelings and emotions, ups and downs that all people experience. And there is bad in the best person who has chosen to be an elected official. There is good in the worst person who has chosen to be an elected official. —- As I said, there is good in the worst of people, and there is bad in the best of people.
When it comes time to decide who we trust, we must recognize this duality within ourselves, first. We have both good and bad within our self. At the same time, we must face that where trust is concerned, we do the best we can at figuring out who to trust and how to trust. And we don’t always get it right. If we try again, … and again and again, we can learn from our mistakes – whether it’s ourselves who bring both good and bad, or another person who brings both good and bad.
Because this principle of character is true, no one person is all trustworthy and no one person is all untrustworthy. Therefore, we must recognize that learning about trusting is a learning path only, and never a path of all-knowing who to trust and all-knowing who to not trust.
In our world, now, there are many that want us to buy into their version of the horrors of humanity and their version of the evils of the world, that they are willing to sell to us, with their intending us to follow their instruction on how to save ourselves from “All those others” who they claim “are the evil ones.”
It is very, very easy to sell fear, horror and evil. It is very, very easy to find ourselves overwhelmed, and then believe their claims of the horrors, which they tell us they alone can save us from – when they then tell us, they alone should be trusted.
Even if we are on any type of spiritual learning path, it is easy to be pulled away from the Truth which Christ teaches, because those who sell the story of the evils of others, yell loudly and scream often. They tell us that they alone know what is going on with the evils of the world, and they alone know who is at the center of the evil.
But yet, at the same time, Christ teaches Truth with a soft voice which quiets fear and turns away wrath, which makes us to lie down in green pastures and leads us beside still waters – from the place of loving kindness. We can ask ourselves, is there a stillness or kindness in those that sell their version of horrors and fears?
Christ teaches from patience and from compassion. Does anyone find patience and compassion in the messages meant to further demonize, or warn others to fear the “evil people” which they selectively chose for us?
Christ teaches from forgiveness and mercy. Does anyone find forgiveness and mercy in the writings of those who want us to follow their version of their fear reality and their version of their “secret truth”?
Does anyone find support for mankind’s brotherhood, encouragement for God’s Unending Acceptance and Love, or help with God’s unity and understanding in the writings that tell us that we should be afraid of the people who they tell us to?
If we find no love, no forgiveness, no mercy, no compassion, no patience, no kindness, no brotherhood, no understanding towards others, no support, no courage, no unity with Life and with other human beings, in these writings, or what they tell us, then Christ is not the source of what they offer, nor does He have any connection with it.
They live from triggering adrenaline by their words, selling panic and worry, and marketing fear, for the purpose of bringing harm and abuse, for their own gain. They will sell their panic, worry and fear to anyone who tends to have little interest in seeking God’s Truth, or who does not care about what Christ has to offer. They will sell themselves as “savior”, and claim only they have “truth”.
The Edgar Cayce readings will always tell us that there is good in the worst of us, and bad in the best of us. This reality helps us to see that all of us are equal in our struggles and challenges of being human, and also equal in the eyes of God, who Loves us without reservation – and without even thinking twice about it – all of us equally regardless of how many times we stumble and how great we create a mess in the world.
Eventually, we come to realize that we have the freewill to choose which we act on – which we decide to bring into the world – the good or the bad, the selfish or the unselfish. We then step forth in doing the best we can with bringing forth our choices.
In the same way, we have freewill to choose what to bring into the world with regards to: fear or love. The Light offers kindness, compassion, encouragement, forgiveness, mercy – this FRUIT from the TREE of Christ’s teachings of love, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, brotherhood, courage, faith and the like. Those who peddle fear offer fruit from the tree of fear: separation, isolation, hatred, anger, abuse, harm, confusion, darkness and despair – for these are what grow from the seeds of the fear being sold.
What do we then choose to give to others? What do we then choose to give to those we love? From what tree do we choose to give fruit? There are many of us souls who will choose – of our own freewill – fear and all that grows from this fear. There are many of us souls who will choose – of our own freewill – love and all that grows from love. But, we cannot choose both at the same time. We cannot choose both good and bad at the same time.
We choose day or we choose night. We choose light or we choose the dark. And we choose LIFE or we choose DEATH. We choose Love or we choose fear. But, we choose. And, we choose every single day. And we choose every single hour and minute and second.
We are called to learn, as best we can, what Christ offers. We are called further to try to put the seeds of the Tree of Love within our hearts, so that we can bring forth the fruit which is kindness, compassion, patience, courage, faith, forgiveness, brotherhood, courage and more. If we don’t know what Christ offers, we need only ask Christ directly, “Lord, what do you offer me – me, who is your brother and sister?”
Many, many of us have meditated or do meditate. Now, using one’s imagination, and keeping an open mind, what can we imagine would be the transformation which happens within us, (just think about it for a moment), if we meditated for 1 million years. Keep an open mind here, and allow yourself to entertain the thought about this —-
—- if we meditated for 1 million years.
Imagine the level of transformation which we might be in or become aware of, or join with.
Again, think of the transformation of 1 million years meditating.
Now, tell me how important is it to be a part of the conflict going on in the United States? or in the world?
Which would you prefer to experience? The conflict with other’s opinions and points of view during this time period? during everyone’s learning paths?
…. or to allow oneself to be a part of a transformation process which has us transform our existence in this Earth, and our existences in whichever levels of life expand into greater than just this Earth?
Would you be surprised to come to learn that the path for, and of this transformation – helped by meditation – is our destiny?
We are on this 1 million year path of meditation and transformation, (and longer yet.)
We are taking steps on this path each and every day.
And yes, we can get off the path at any time, and join in on the conflicts in the world, in the US, in our own state, in our own family….
And sometimes, we do…
And we can get back on our path of our 1 million years meditation – back to feeling the peace, joy and wonder that comes when we return to our path.
And when we are on our path of meditating for 1 million years, we can say to our struggling brothers and sisters, “God bless you.” …
… and feel how much we really mean it in our hearts, in our minds, and in our souls, … when we say it.
So, join me in saying it to all life in this world and beyond ….

We may study all kinds of esoteric teachings. We may find out about other planes of existence, of activities beyond time, of evolutions of things that are beyond our accepted paradigms. We may discover paradoxes and ancient secrets, and all about other realities … and we may want to shout about these things from the mountain tops to all others saying “Look what I have learned!!”
Yet, there’s one thing to remember.
If we only learn two things, – “to Love God above all else, and Love our neighbor as ourselves”, and practice these words of Christ with all effort and desire, in our heart and mind, then we can go our whole life never having learned anything else, and will have gained the most important of all things, which all the other esoteric teachings come from. No one specific practice, belief or religion is absolutely a “must have”, but rather these two statements which are the foundation of all paths can do nothing but lead us back to having the best of relationships with each other, and the best of relationships with Our Creator, the One From Whom All Life, Light and Love Comes.
Lord, Please, help all those who need blessed, know what it is to be blessed. Help all those who need help, know what it is to be helped. Let all those who feel unloved, know what it is to be loved. May all those who feel alone, know what it is to feel surrounded and cared for by friends and family. Help all those who feel despair, know what it is to feel your Love. Let all those who feel afraid, know the peace of mind that is beyond understanding. Let all those who feel they need you, know what it is to be in your arms.
As surprising or confusing it might seem, Jesus’ words, “Love God above all else, and love your neighbor as yourself” are the key to understanding existence of EVERYTHING. It’s not readily understood at a human level, but it is the key that unlocks all the mysteries of existence within this Universe and all Universes. I say this not because I think it is true, but because the very life within these words, rings out this meaning and this awareness. The very vibrations of these words carry forth the effort and desire to unlock not just people’s hearts but their minds to know that which awaits us in our understanding.
What the human race is missing so far, is that these are not just pretty words. Rather practicing these words opens up the step by step approach to understanding and putting together the puzzle that is our self and our relationship to God and the Universe of Universes. We are putting together the puzzle of all things, and these words are the blueprint for finding the pieces, then learning how they fit together. They are not just spelling out how to live in this Earth, nor just how to live in the physical universe. But, they spell out how to discover and open the non-physical dimensions of existence.
These words are the Rosetta Stone of Consciousness and of understanding the realms of existence/consciousness. These words are the primer to help us unlock piece by piece – awareness of all creation – helping us climb the stairs one step at a time to that place where we understand and integrate, and live from this awareness.
With each step on the stairs of understanding, as we practice these words and all teachings that emanate from these words, we gain another piece of the puzzle. That which we learn and practice becomes part of us – part of our flesh and blood in the physical world, and the spiritual world.
This is true, because we exist in both worlds at the same time, whether we are aware of it or not. (Side note: We are spirit beings, for all times, whether we are aware of it or not. We are physical beings only while we inhabit (and are fused to) this body.)
I’m going to be as straight as I can with everyone. On November 3rd/4th, for the 1st time EVER! (and I mean “EVER”), I was seeing the possible path (and results that would manifest) with Donald Trump as President for another 4 years. It would have manifested as the same as the last 4, of course. But, with Europe pulling further away from being a partner of the US. Worse relations here at home and worse relations with other countries. Canada would have seen a few people emigrating there.
I have not seen a “Donald Trump win” vision before, AT ALL, like I did in 2012 for 2016, but …
I still can see Biden winning. I’ve always seen it be close. I’ve had it happen before where I see an outcome that does not happen. In the past, it was because higher energy came in and healed it for the better. For this example, it isn’t over yet. It speaks to having faith in God’s will yet to be shown and not man’s will to stay in the darkness.
One day at a time. One day at a time. It is a time to decide one way or another whether we have faith in God or don’t have faith in God. As it says in Joshua, “As for me and mine, we will serve the Living God.” This is a decision about how we live, to be made every day and not a badge to wear to brag about.
It is faith in God that takes us through difficult and painful times. When I saw the path with Donald Trump as President, I knew I was needing to see this in order to see that even in this case, this path, God would lead us through. God would be with us and it would not be a time for giving up and throwing in the towel. While I also saw that the scenario didn’t match the energy of the times, I saw that a Joe Biden win is not an escape of difficult times. It is not a “savior” situation, and we are moving through all this that is manifesting in order to bring light to a dark-weary world – sometimes with the world kicking and screaming, and sometimes “through willingness” (our own willingness).
As of today, yes, I still see Joe Biden winning – standing at the podium, but again the vision of a Donald Trump win has not gone away.
There are many who are praying on both sides. The prayers don’t go to pushing someone to vote red or blue, but rather give help to make the voting process as clean and trustworthy as possible and for counting every vote. With these factors in place, we know that “WE DID THE BEST WE COULD WITH WHAT WE HAVE!” and it is then for us to continue to walk the walk of our paths of Loving God above all else and Loving our neighbor as ourselves. This is the real work – and not having one or the other be president.
Because of the court cases, we will not officially have a victor until sometime in the 3rd week of November. The Joe Biden win vision is the strongest vision, but remember we are sometimes shown what can happen if we don’t take action to make the desired outcome happen. There are people who did think, “I don’t need to vote, so-n-so is going to win without my needing to help him.” That happened in 2016 didn’t it. People didn’t go vote because their candidate, Hillary Clinton, was believed to win hands down.
Keep praying and meditating. It is in these that God and we spend time communing together.
With Covid-19 causing many deaths in the US and everywhere on the planet Earth, this blog title is sadly realistic for people dying “before their time” or what we would think would otherwise be before their time. Who among us is ready for when our last moments on Earth arrive?
None of us or perhaps a very extreme few of all the billions of people on Earth.
However, we don’t consciously choose which moments are our last moments. It is a sober experience to consider. This experience is seemingly forced upon each and every person that gets Covid-19 – to consider the outcome – recovering or dying. Along with this experience forced upon us, is what we assume is part of the experience – looking back on our life –
Usually we don’t look back at our life, unless we’re forced to … like some people who are in the hospital, either recovering or dying from Covid-19, but alone and separated from family, …
In a person’s final moments, I don’t think anyone on their deathbed thinks…
I wish I’d spent more time at the office. or I wish I’d watched more television. or My regret is that I didn’t get better at video games.
Many are dying from Covid-19, right now, … and dying from many other things. As I mention above, some are dying alone, with no family around them – away from those who love them or they love.
Are their last questions to themselves: “Should I have shown more disrespect to others in my life?”
Who among us dying in a hospital bed might think:
“I wish I would have had even greater resentments and bitterness towards people in my life?” as they lie in the hospital bed hoping they could see their loved ones.
or “I wish I could have placed more guilt and shame on people with whom I’ve been in contact.” while their family and friends are somewhere else.
In the same way, who among us would consider,
“I wish I could have blamed more people for problems in my life and problems in the world”,
“I wish I could have been even more condemning and judgemental of people.”
Sadly, I can’t help but think that there are many of us human beings who are walking around in the world, making the choice to be bitter, to blame, to condemn, placing shame and guilt, choosing these attitudes in our lives, not dying from anything at this time in our lives, and not looking back on ourselves and the life we live.
But, if we think about it, at anytime we can consider other questions to look at how we’ve lived our lives so far – questions usually kept back to only ask ourselves on our death bed:
Did I ever love anyone? … so that they could know what being loved is?
Did I ever forgive anyone? … anyone who was not a friend or family or who I knew?
Was I ever kind to anyone?
Did I ever show mercy to anyone? … anyone who was not someone I liked or loved or even knew?
Did I ever help comfort anyone suffering or in pain?
Was I ever patient with anyone who desperately needed it?
Did I ever experience suffering for the sake of the lives of any others?
Did I ever feel compassion towards anyone?
Was I ever unselfish with what I had, in any way with anyone?
Did I ever give of myself for someone else’s life?
Was I ever humble among others who had less?
In some ways, we can indeed say “Yes” to many of these questions, which, obviously, in our last moments of life, will be the more important questions to us. But yet, we don’t have to wait. We can ask ourselves these questions at anytime – like when we wake up each morning, or when we go to bed each night.
“In a world with no forgiveness and no mercy, there will be no Peace on Earth.
